Picky Eaters Approved: Chicken & Squash (One-Pot Recipe)























Yes, I used to make this dish for my boys when they were still babies, but I made it today and they loved it just as much as they used to. 

This is extremely easy to make and is also great for babies 9 months old and up. Most importantly, it's Picky Eaters Approved!! Nutritious and delicious as always. Obviously it's good for parents too!! :)

This is what you'll need.




Saute chopped onion with the oil. Add squash and broth. Cover and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. 

Mix in bite size cubed chicken and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Pour cream and let it cook for 30 more minutes until squash is tender.

Oh! and add Parmesan cheese! Always a good idea! As seen on my Instagram...here.
