Picky Eaters Approved: Easy To Make Quiche

For those days when you really don't have the time or will to cook. This is a very nutritious recipe that will satisfy your picky eater. My kids' favorite: quiche. Here's proof.

You'll need

Phyllo dough or your own dough creation (if you mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, milk to soften and about 1/2 a cup of oil or butter you can get a pretty decent one).

Any precooked fish that you like, preferably smoked salmon. I used 2 cans of tuna, I told you it was quick.

2 raw eggs.

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

3 boiled eggs cut into bite size pieces.

1/2 cup of milk or cooking cream.

How to make it

Start by preheating the oven.

In a bowl mix fish, boiled eggs, grated cheese, raw eggs, and cream. Grease a cooking sheet. I use these round ones.

Place your dough over the pan and fill in with the mixture. Done! Put it into the oven until golden, about 15 minutes.

It's delicious and easy to make. Hope your little ones enjoy this recipe.
