The Simple Things of Life

Did you know that including appreciation of what we have, and what we do, as part of a daily habit, has been proven to improve our mood and well being?

As I was sipping my coffee the other day, and waiting for my Therapy session to start, I decided to list 7 ways that help me feel better, cozy, and fuzzy inside.

I also remembered what I'd read in a book by Pilar Sordo, the renowned Chilean Psychologist,  and I had to include it (because it's that good!)...more on that in this video.
