When Life Gives You Lemons...Do Yoga


What are your full proof resources to make you feel good, change your energy, turn a bad day into a good one? Flowers? Coffee? Tea? Hygge

I have a few tricks up my sleeve (all of the above included) but the most effective one is doing Yoga. More specifically Yoga With Adriene 

I find that the days where I need it the most are the days when I slack and end up finding excuses not to get on the mat. But once in a while, I'm able to "find what feels good" and do my Yoga, no matter what, which changes my day for the better.
