Benefits of Gratitude
Did you know that practicing gratitude regularly is good for you?
Every time you are grateful -it could be for the simplest of things, like the tree I encountered a few months ago which was in full bloom!- you are contributing to your well being.
Isn't it so interesting that there are psychological and physical benefits linked to gratitude? Better sleep, reduced stress, and lower blood pressure to name a few.
In this video you will see why I made a point of teaching my kids to be grateful and what simple exercises we can do to obtain all the goodness gratitude has to offer!
